After two months of laughter, challenges, and unforgettable memories in the heart of rural India, Anita Hassanandani emerged as the winner of Chhoriyan Chali Gaon.

With teary eyes and a beaming smile, she lifted the trophy, closing the show’s very first season on a truly heartwarming note.

Hosted by Rannvijay Singha, the show wasn’t your usual reality competition. It was a raw, grounded journey that took celebrity participants far from the glamour of their city lives and placed them deep in the rhythms of village living.

From milking cows and carrying water in matkas, to cooking on open fires and forming deep bonds with locals, Anita embraced every moment with honesty, warmth, and grace. Her journey stood out not just for her grit, but for the way she connected — with people, the place, and the process.

The grand finale was a vibrant celebration. The top five finalists opened the show with a powerful performance, and the energy only climbed from there.

Internet personality Uorfi (sister to contestant Dolly Javed) and Azim, Krishna Shroff’s boyfriend, made surprise appearances, adding more sparkle to the night.

But amid all the fanfare, there was also heart. In a beautiful gesture, the Chhoriyan honoured the villagers who had welcomed them with open arms, offering love, laughter, and life lessons throughout their stay.

The contestants found small but meaningful ways to give back — a quiet reminder of the real impact of the journey.

Reflecting on her win, Anita said: “When I agreed to be part of Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, I knew it would push me far out of my comfort zone, but I didn’t anticipate just how much I would grow through the experience... This journey has been raw, emotional, humbling and truly unforgettable; I’ll carry these lessons with me forever.”

The finale marked the end of a 60-day journey full of discovery, friendship, culture, and resilience. Alongside Anita, fellow participants like Krishna Shroff, Aishwarya Khare, Sumukhi Suresh, Anjuum Faakih, Rameet Sandhu, and others stepped out of their comfort zones — and into something far more meaningful.
