Television actress Munmun Dutta, who is known for her role as Babita ji in Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashama, has celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with her family and friends. She shared glimpses of her celebration on social media.

Munmun took to her Instagram and shared a series of photos from her Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. She started her post with a picture of Sachin Shroff. She also shared a picture with actor Romanch Mehta.

Munmun also visited popular couple Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee and shared pics with them.

For the festivity, Munmun looked stunning in a vibrant green co-ord set. Debina also looked elegant in a sheer silver saree. Gurmeet complimented her in a yellow traditional look.

Munmun’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebration came just a few weeks after she revealed that her mother had been in the hospital for the past ten days. She also noted that she herself had been shuttling between home, the hospital, and her work obligations.

The TV actress also assured her followers that her mother is now on the road to recovery.
On the work front, Munmuna Dutta has recently debunked the rumours of her quitting the iconic Sab TV show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. She shares a behind-the-scenes video from the set of the show and pens in the caption, “Rumours are not always true #munmundutta #workmodeon #tmkoc.”

She portrays the role of Babita Ji, the neighbour of TMKOC's lead pair, Jethalal and Daya, and the wife of Krishnan Iyer, played by Tanuj Mahashabde.
