Nani is ready to start his thrilling lineup of movies with HIT 3, a cop thriller by Sailesh Kolanu. The film, which is hitting the screens on May 1, has already generated excitement with its teasers and songs going viral on social media.
But even before the third installment hits the screens, reports indicate that the lead for HIT 4 could already be finalized. Reports claim that Tamil sensation Karthi might feature in a special cameo appearance in HIT 3.
Such a move might prepare the ground for him to be promoted to play the lead role in HIT 4. This would be true if reports about him joining the HIT franchise as lead actors after Vishwak Sen, Adivi Sesh, and Nani are anything to go by.
That notwithstanding, the filmmakers are yet to publicly confirm such rumors; thus, the public would have to keep waiting. At the same time, Nani is also preoccupied with his other forthcoming movie, The Paradise, helmed by Srikanth Odela. The teaser revealed Nani in a gritty and intense performance, representing the growing strength of crows. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Nani clarified his previous remark comparing The Paradise to the Mad Max film.
In his justification, Nani clarified, saying that his reference to the film meant maximum madness in terms of the energy and scale of the film, and The Paradise is quite different from what we've already seen on screen. Karthi, on the other hand, will be seen in the spy thriller, Sardar 2, in which he will be reprising his role from the 2022 blockbuster film Sardar.
Fans are looking forward to seeing him return in this action sequel. With HIT 3 nearing its release and talks about HIT 4 already starting, if Karthi joins, it could bring a fresh twist to the series. For now, all eyes are on HIT 3 and whether Karthi’s cameo will hint at his bigger role in the next installment.
