Tamannaah Bhatia, who is currently at the peak of her career, has always been a vocal advocate for self-love and body positivity. In a recent interview, she opened up about her unique self-care routine, revealing how she expresses gratitude to her body after a long day.
During a conversation with a YouTuber, Tamannaah shared her post-work relaxation ritual, which involves acknowledging her body’s strength and resilience.
"I do love my body. After a long day at work, I take a shower and thank every part of my body. It might sound a bit crazy, but why not? I know how much it takes every day, and I touch every part of my body, thanking it for withstanding the day and being there for me," she said.
Tamannaah also spoke about her past insecurities regarding body image. In an earlier interview with Instant Bollywood, she had admitted that she once equated thinness with beauty. "There was a time when I thought being thin made me beautiful, but I later realised it didn’t truly make me feel good about myself," Tamannaah revealed.
She further added that her perspective on beauty evolved over time. "The times I actually started feeling beautiful had little to do with how thin I was. It took me a long time to understand that."
