Sussanne Khan reflects on co-parenting with Hrithik Roshan: ‘grateful and blessed’

Sussanne Khan, an interior designer and businesswoman, recently spoke candidly at the ETNow.in Reality Conclave & Awards 2025 about her experience co-parenting with her ex-husband Hrithik Roshan.

The couple has long been admired for their respectful and cooperative relationship after their split, and they have two sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan Roshan.

During the panel discussion, Sussanne shed light on how their shared responsibilities and supportive relationship continue to shape a positive environment for their children.

“Our children are very artistic. Both my boys are artistically inclined to another level. So I think the support of my family and of course Hrithik as my co-parent is a very big thing to us. I am feeling very grateful and very blessed,” she expressed warmly.

The topic of discussion also included a recent sincere social media post that Hrithik made praising Sussanne's career accomplishments. The actor praised her talent and perseverance on Instagram following the opening of her second Charcoal Project location in Hyderabad.

In his tribute, Hrithik wrote, “Dreams to reality. So proud of you Sussanne! I remember 20 years ago this was a concept you kept dreaming about. Today as you launch your SECOND Charcoal Project in Hyderabad, I can’t help but applaud the little girl who dared to dream so many years ago. Your hard work shows, but what shows most is your exquisite and unique talent! World-class truly!”

He continued, “I was shocked to my bones at the Hyderabad Charcoal store at the design, presentation, and vision! Huge congratulations to all the incredible partners who shared this vision! More success to you all!”

Sussanne, clearly touched by the message, said she feels “very grateful and very blessed” to receive such unwavering support from Hrithik and their extended families.

Having officially parted ways in 2014, Sussanne and Hrithik have consistently demonstrated what mindful, respectful co-parenting can look like. Whether celebrating each other's accomplishments or sharing family moments, the two continue to set a refreshing example of maturity and mutual encouragement.
