Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal is celebrating his 70th birthday on May 30 and has received warm wishes from his fans, family members and close friends. Suniel Shetty also penned a birthday tribute to Paresh Rawal, keeping all the Hera Pheri legal drama behind.

Suniel Shetty took to his X (formerly Twitter) account and shared a photo with Rawal. Alongside the photo, he wrote in the caption, “To the man... Who is a powerhouse of both Wit & Wisdom and an even more wonderful human being.”

Suniel Shetty notably cropped Akshay Kumar from the photo. The pic was notably taken when the trio confirmed Hera Pheri 3 and fueled speculations that they had started the shooting.

The birthday post came after Paresh Rawal confirmed his exit from Hera Pheri on his X account. He tweeted a few days back, “I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences.”

He added, “I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director.”

Meanwhile, Suniel Shetty had reacted to the news and claimed he was shocked by the reports.

During an interview with The Lallantop, Suniel Shetty shared, “It’s a shocker! We recently shot the promo for Hera Pheri 3, and it felt just like old times. The understanding, the rhythm between us three — Akshay, Paresh, and me — was still intact. I’m in a state of shock.”

Akshay Kumar’s production Cape of Good Films has issued a legal notice against Rawal and is seeking Rs 25 crores in damages.
