Actor Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for Anurag Basu’s next film. He will star alongside Sreeleela in the untitled project. However, Kartik and Sreeleela were recently spotted having fun together.

Sreeleela attended Kartik’s family function. Kartik and his family recently gathered to celebrate a significant milestone in his sister, Dr. Kritika Tiwari's, medical career as she has completed her degree.

In the viral video shared on Reddit, fans see a glimpse of the co-stars’ chemistry. At the house party, Sreeleela grooves with other guests while Kartik stands behind her, capturing the moment on his phone. At one point, Sreeleela also shows her iconic hook step from the song Kiss Me from Pushpa 2.

However, Sreeleela stopped her energetic dance when she realised the music playing was Mast Qalandar, not her song from Pushpa 2. She turned bright red and quickly jumped aside, while Kartik couldn't help but erupt into laughter.

The video sparked potential rumors between the co-stars. Kartik’s mother, Dr Mala Tiwari, has previously admitted that she wants her daughter-in-law to be a doctor. Interestingly, Sreeleela has pursued MBBS before entering the entertainment industry.

A reddit user speculated, “What's even more interesting is the fact that Sreeleela herself is a Doctor....err sort of and if I am not wrong she also belongs to a family of doctors lol.” A second user responded, “Exactly what Mala Tiwari wanted.” Another person added, “dating rumours again bro her sister also follow her on insta and she doesn't follow every actress not even kriti.”

The video also teased Kartik’s new rockstar look that he had sported for his upcoming film. He is rumored to play an intense and passionate rockstar. The film, which is said to be a part of the Aashiqui franchise, is yet to be titled.

The makers have revealed the teaser of the film, which could be released in theatres this Diwali.
