Speculation is swirling online as fans believe that Ordinary singer Alex Warren may have teased a major collaboration with BLACKPINK’s Rosé. While there’s been no official confirmation, internet sleuths are convinced after a series of subtle but telling clues.

Warren can be seen passionately lip-syncing to an unreleased duet in a recent reel that was uploaded to TikTok and Instagram. A very feminine voice, soft, expressive, and strikingly similar in tone and texture to Rosé's signature vocals, enters as the male voice takes the lead. The clip's caption, "You will NEVER guess who's featuring on this song…," added to the mystery.

Warren posted a picture from the American Music Awards 2025 to his Instagram Stories, which fuelled more rumours. At first glance, it seemed innocent, but as keen-eyed fans enlarged the picture, they noticed something odd: a name tag that read "ROSE" in plain sight on his suit lapel.

Fans discovered that Warren had liked and even reposted videos of people speculating about Rosé as the mystery collaborator as theories spread on social media. Several people who are thought to be part of Rosé's inner circle, such as stylists and employees, also enjoyed the teaser video, which gave the rumours more credence. These small social media hints have only increased the excitement, even though neither Warren nor Rosé have formally confirmed the partnership.

You'll Be Alright, Kid Chapter 2, which is scheduled for release on July 18, 2025, is anticipated to include the teased song.

Rosé, meanwhile, is grabbing attention on the charts for another reason. APT., her solo single, is currently tied for the longest-charting K-pop song on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The song's remarkable 33-week run has tied the previous record set by Jimin's Who, the lead single from BTS's second solo album. APT. is ranked No. 24 in the most recent Billboard update (U.S. time, Tuesday), down just two spots from the week before.

Whether or not the rumors about a collaboration turn out to be true, it’s clear that Rosé is having a standout year—on both the charts and possibly in unexpected musical partnerships.
