Shraddha Kapoor who was riding high on the blockbuster success of Stree 2, has reported dropped of Ektaa Kapoor's upcoming production.
According to a report by PeepingMoon, a disagreement reportedly arose between actress Shraddha Kapoor and producer Ekta Kapoor over the terms of their upcoming film, directed by Rahi Anil Barve. The conflict is said to have centered around Shraddha’s remuneration. As per sources, the actress had allegedly quoted a fee of Rs 17 crore along with a demand for a share in the film’s profits.
As per reports, the producer was not happy with the proposed compensation because they thought it was too high, especially for a project led by a woman, and they didn't think it would be profitable. Shraddha has apparently left the project as a result of this deadlock.
The producers of the Rahi Anil Barve film are currently searching for a new lead actress after Shraddha Kapoor reportedly left the project. Reports state that negotiations are already underway with a leading actress to fill the part that was initially planned for Shraddha. The film is set to be a concept-thriller, as per reports.

Shraddha appeared on screen alongside Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and other actors in the second installment of the franchise. With over Rs 800 crore in global revenue, the sequel proved to be a huge box office success and solidified the franchise's standing with viewers.
