Television actress Dipika Kakar is celebrating her 39th birthday, and her actor husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, made sure to make her day special with a sweet birthday tribute.
Shoaib took to his Instagram and shared a photo with Dipika, calling her the light of his house. He accompanied the photo with the caption, “Kya kahu main tumhe… Tum Maa ho, tum Biwi ho, tum mere Ghar ki roshni ho. In sab ke saath saath, TUM MERI HERO HO (What should I say to you… You are mother, you are wife, you are the light of my house. With all of them, you are my hero).”
In the photo, Shoaib and Dipika lovingly looked at each other as they posed for the cameras. The couple twinned in a matching denim outfit. Several TV actors and fans took to the comment section to wish Dipika on her birthday.
Dipika was recently diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer and underwent a 14-hour surgery to remove the tumour. During the recovery, she faced a major setback as she struggled with the side effects of the medications.
For the unversed, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim met while filming the TV serial, Sasural Simar Ka, in 2011. Dipika was already married to Raunak Samson at the time. Dipika started dating Shoaib soon after she got divorced from Raunak in 2015. Dipika and Shoaib tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their son, Ruhaan, in 2023.
