Shah Rukh Khan in Delhi for his National Film Award

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan arrives in Delhi's Vigyan Bhawan to receive his first ever Best Actor National Film Award for the movie Jawan.

The superstar, whose hand had been in sling owing to the shoulder injury, looked perfectly fine and was seen without the cast.

The actor wore his signature smile and greeted all the fellow winners as he arrived at the Vigyan Bhawan in his home town Delhi.

SRK was seen sporting a black bandhgala, sun glasses and sported a warm smile.

Shah Rukh Khan is sharing the Best Actor award with Vikrant Massey, who has won for his critically acclaimed film '12th Fail.'

Shah Rukh Khan was also seen greeting actress Rani Mukerji with folded hands at the prestigious ceremony.

The winners of the 71st National Film Awards were announced on August 1.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 12th Fail won Best Feature Film, while the offbeat comedy, Kathal – A Jackfruit Mystery, was selected as Best Hindi Film. Shah Rukh Khan (Jawan) and Vikrant Massey (12th Fail) will share the Best Actor award, while Rani Mukerji received Best Actress for her powerful performance in Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway.

Mohanlal will receive his Dada Saheb Phalke Award today.
