Satinder Sartaaj is clearly feeling the love coming his way after the release of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, and he chose to share that gratitude in a simple, heartfelt way with his fans.

Taking to social media, the singer and actor posted a video featuring himself along with the song Jaiye Sajana. The post didn’t feel like a formal announcement—it was more like a quiet thank-you note to listeners who have connected with the track. “Thank you so much for your LOVE for ‘Jaiye Sajana’ from DHURANDHAR - 2 (The Revenge),” he wrote, acknowledging the overwhelming response.

What stood out was how he made sure to shine a light on everyone involved. Satinder Sartaaj credited the team behind the song and the film, tagging director Aditya Dhar, composer Shashwat Sachdev, and others who played a part in bringing it together.

“ Credits to the Creators : @adityadharfilms @shashwatology @jasminesandlas @juliohostar @tseries.official @spotifyindia & @ranveersingh Many congratulations to the entire team ,” he added, making it clear that the success feels shared.

At the same time, the film itself is having a moment that’s hard to ignore. Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 has opened to massive numbers, rewriting what a big Bollywood opening looks like.

Released worldwide on 19 March, the film had already built strong momentum with paid previews a day earlier, which brought in around Rs 43 crore net in India alone—far ahead of previous records.

That early buzz carried straight into its first full day. According to initial estimates, the film collected around Rs 103 crore on Day 1, taking its total, including previews, to roughly Rs 146 crore net. Even with early figures, it’s already being seen as one of the biggest openings the industry has witnessed.

A big part of this response comes from a mix of factors—the scale of the story, the recall value of the first film, and Ranveer Singh’s powerful presence as Hamza.

Alongside that, Aditya Dhar’s storytelling and the film’s high-energy action seem to have struck the right chord with audiences.
