In an emotionally charged conversation with Hindi Rush, actor and former reality star Sambhavna Seth revealed the devastating details of her recent miscarriage and the harrowing medical journey that preceded it.

Sharing her story with heartbreaking honesty, Sambhavna shed light on the silent battles she’s fought—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

“I was facing a lot of health issues,” she began. “There were problems with my ear, my leg, and I was also dealing with rheumatoid arthritis. All of this was related to stress, which we don’t often acknowledge.”

The actress went on to explain how multiple IVF failures and the pressure to conceive took a toll on her body and mind. Anxiety medications led to weight fluctuations and cycles of hope and disappointment. “I would work out, lose weight, but something would always derail it,” she said.

Sambhavna also shared the emotional aftermath of losing her pet, Coco. “After Coco passed away, I had to be hospitalized. My BP dropped drastically. Then it was back to medications and more stress.”

What followed was a painful loss. “I had a miscarriage in December. Everything was going fine—we were happy, even did a pregnancy photo shoot. My scan was due around the 18th, and we were planning to announce soon after my birthday on the 12th.”

However, tragedy struck due to what she claims was a doctor’s oversight. “There’s a genetic test that should be done before embryo transfer. They didn’t do that. The embryo was genetically abnormal. By the third scan, we learned the baby had stopped growing 15 days earlier. Main andar zeher leke ghum rahi thi.”

Despite voicing concerns and pain to her doctor, she was dismissed. “They told me it was arthritis. Only later did my RA specialist confirm it was a miscarriage sign.”

“In the end,” she said bitterly, “you spend lakhs, but your heart breaks in crores.”
