Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan’s son, Arhaan Khan, launched his podcast Dumb Biryani in 2024, and the latest episode features his uncle, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. During their conversation, Salman playfully reprimands Arhaan for his Hindi-speaking skills.
In the episode, Salman is seen interrupting Arhaan and his friends, making a lighthearted remark about their grasp of the language. “Pehle to aap ye sab Hindi me karo (Do the podcast in Hindi)," as all of them were talking in English. In response, one of Arhaan’s friends admits, “Hindi bohot kharab hai.” Salman, repeating the remark in a playful tone, adds, “Speak in Hindi from now on, and I will correct it.”
Arhaan laughs, mentioning that they are already taking Hindi lessons. He then jokingly adds that a language barrier is inevitable. In response, Salman playfully scolds them, emphasizing the importance of speaking in Hindi. “You should be ashamed of yourselves that you don’t know Hindi. You need to cater to the audience who speaks Hindi entirely. But you are doing it for yourself, right, and not to show to anyone?" the Dabangg actor said.
When Arhaan and his friends hesitate, Salman prompts them by asking, “Are you planning to make money from this podcast?" Following this, he shares valuable advice with his nephew and his friends regarding their career paths.
During the podcast, Salman Khan shared that he usually sleeps for just two hours a day and occasionally gets a full 7–8 hours of rest once a month. He mentioned that he sometimes catches short naps during brief breaks on set but can only sleep when he has nothing else to do. The actor also revealed that he managed to get proper sleep in situations where he had no control, such as during turbulence on a flight or when he was in jail.
