Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has taken another step in enhancing his security by installing bulletproof windows at his residence, Galaxy Apartment in Bandra. The decision comes amid growing security concerns following recent threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

A video doing the rounds on social media shows workers installing protective structures around the Sikandar actor’s home, reportedly reinforcing the windows and modifying the balcony to increase safety.

Tightened Security Measures

Salman Khan has been under high security for the past few months, with an armed personal security team accompanying him to public events and shootings.

Reports indicate that his residence, a well-known landmark in Mumbai, is now being upgraded to withstand potential threats. The installation of bulletproof glass aims to prevent any unforeseen incidents and ensure the actor’s safety.

The move follows an earlier firing incident outside Galaxy Apartment in April 2024, where two men on a motorcycle opened fire near the entrance.

While no injuries were reported, the incident led the Mumbai Police to increase security around Salman Khan and his family. Authorities even approved a firearm license for the actor, allowing him to carry a personal weapon for self-defense.
