Saif Ali Khan's Devara co-star Jr NTR ha expressed shock at the attack on Saif Ali Khan at his posh Bandra residence in Mumbai.

Saif Ali Khan was stabbed 6 times by the burglar during the scuffle when the actor was trying to ensure the safety of his family.

According to reports, the actor was woken up by the commotion at his home and then he tried to stop the robbery bid at around 2:30 am on January 16.

He was rushed to Lilavati hospital and is currently undergoing surgery.

Jr NTR, who was seen with Saif Ali Khan in his Telugu film Devara, took to X and expressed shock at the incident.

"Shocked and saddened to hear about the attack on Saif sir. Wishing and praying for his speedy recovery and good health," he wrote.

Saif Ali Khan's wife and actor Kareena Kapoor has also issued a statement and confirmed that he has been injured in the arm and is undergoing surgery right now.
