Actress Rozlyn Khan has initiated a defamation lawsuit against Pavitra Rishta actor Ankita Lokhande after a public dispute between the two. The legal move follows Ankita's comments, in which she labelled Khan's accusations as "cheap" and expressed support for Hina Khan, who had been part of an earlier controversy with Rozlyn.

The ongoing tension between the actresses has sparked significant attention, with Rozlyn accusing Ankita of unfairly attacking her character. This lawsuit now adds a legal dimension to an already heated and widely publicised disagreement.

Rozlyn took to her social media to share court documents related to the defamation case, providing a glimpse into the ongoing legal proceedings. These documents detail her claims and outline the reasons for the lawsuit.

The dispute escalated after Ankita Lokhande criticised Rozlyn for accusing Hina Khan of using her battle with cancer as a publicity stunt. In response, Rozlyn fired back on Instagram, writing: "A woman who could use the death of her ex for Bigg Boss is preaching to me about cheapness!! Not a big surprise… aa gai sasti publicity lene!!" She also accused TV actresses of using their fan pages to reshare her videos, leading to harassment and trolling.

Rozlyn added, "Guys, I posted a video a few days ago mentioning how these TV actresses are using their fan pages to reshare my videos, harassing and trolling me, and @lokhandeankita has come forward publicly, assaulting my character. Hina’s cancer is cancer… my cancer just for time pass?? I was exposing one woman, and another one came in for free, but let’s ignore her… simply ignore. Now, she’s going to give me lectures on cancer when she herself needs advice to sustain her own marriage."

Additionally, Rozlyn criticised Rakhi Sawant for involving herself in the ongoing feud between Rozlyn and Hina Khan, especially regarding the cancer claims. In a scathing statement, she called Rakhi "the most opportunistic woman," accusing her of interference in matters that did not concern her.

Rozlyn continued, "The entire country knows so much about her that I don’t even need to say any more. I already exposed details of a Supreme Court order that directs her arrest immediately after she comes to India. This is the reason she has fled away from the country. She never returned my Abhaya, which she had taken from me, nor did she pay for it. So many salon bills are pending from her end. This in itself speaks volumes of her dishonesty involving money and people."

Rozlyn concluded by saying that she found it a waste of time to comment further on Rakhi Sawant, claiming, "She doesn’t deserve any more of my time or attention."
