Actor Rohman Shawl recently opened up about his relationship with actress Sushmita Sen and her supportive reaction to his performance in the film Amaran.

In a recent interview, Rohman shared that Sushmita had been deeply involved in his filming journey and was aware of every aspect behind the scenes.

While talking to IANS, he said, "Sushmita told me, ‘I see you finally coming into your own with this film,’ which was an immense compliment. Her words gave me a great boost in both confidence and acting skills."

Rohman further emphasised that Sushmita’s constant support was crucial in both his personal and professional development, making his experience working on Amaran even more fulfilling.

The couple’s relationship, admired for its elegance and maturity, has often been at the center of rumors over time. Despite various speculations about challenges in their personal lives, Rohman stated, “If you have that, any relationship can thrive," he stated, underscoring the deep respect they share.

In response to inquiries about previous rumors regarding their romantic relationship, Rohman mentioned, “We’re friends. What’s real doesn’t need to be managed or explained. It’s private, and that’s how it should be."

Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl, who first met through social media, were in a relationship from 2018 to 2021. After three years together, they decided to part ways, and in December 2021, they made their breakup public through an Instagram post.

Discussing his future endeavors, Roman said, “I have a couple of projects in the pipeline, but I prefer speaking about them only when they’re close to release. For instance, with Amaranth, I didn’t talk about it until the trailer came out."
