As per trade reports, the film opened on Thursday with Rs 1.15 crore, entirely from its Telugu version. It then picked up remarkable momentum on its first Friday, earning Rs 9.25 crore (early estimates). With this, the film’s total collection for the first two days stood at Rs 10.4 crore.
On Friday, October 31, Baahubali: The Epic registered an overall Telugu occupancy of 63.63%. The film is a remastered version of Rajamouli's two-part film masterpiece, Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017). The re-edited film, released on October 31, 2025, has been produced by Arka Media Works. It has polished visuals and a few cut scenes for a more seamless storyline, and it runs for about three hours and forty-five minutes.
The re-release goes beyond Indian theatres, hitting over 1,150 cinema screens worldwide. This includes more than 400 screens in the US, 210 in the UK and Ireland, and several in the UAE, Australia, and across Southeast Asia.
Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, and Tamannaah Bhatia, Baahubali: The Epic revisits the grand tale of Mahishmati — a kingdom of power, loyalty, and betrayal — and the rise of the heroic warrior, Amarendra Baahubali.
