It’s a moment Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been looking forward to for years – their dream home is finally complete.

The six-storey bungalow, reportedly worth Rs 250 crore, is not just a luxury address, but a place filled with love, memories, and deep family roots. A new video that recently surfaced online gives fans the first full look at the stunning façade, and it’s every bit as grand as you’d imagine.

But this house is more than bricks and mortar. It’s part of the Kapoor family’s history. Originally home to Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, it was passed down to his parents, Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, in 1980.

Now, Ranbir and Alia are ready to build their future in the same cherished space – this time with their daughter, Raha, by their side.

The couple’s new home strikes a beautiful balance between simplicity and elegance. The soft grey exteriors are brightened with rows of lush green plants on each balcony, and if you look closely, you can see the warm glow of chandeliers lighting up the high-ceilinged interiors. It’s the kind of home where heritage meets modern comfort.

Ranbir, Alia, and little Raha have been regular visitors to the site, keeping a close eye on every detail.

Neetu Kapoor, too, has often been spotted overseeing progress, showing just how personally invested the entire family has been.

And in a heartwarming gesture, it’s believed the home – named after Krishna Raj Kapoor – will be registered in Raha’s name. This isn’t just a house, but a meaningful gift for their daughter, built with love and a strong sense of legacy.

Last year, reports hinted the couple might celebrate Diwali in their new home, though construction wasn’t quite finished. Now, things are falling into place. An insider told Hindustan Times, “The ongoing work on their bungalow is almost done, with the finishing going on, which should take one month or so. After the work is done and they get a green signal, the couple will move into the place. It is the moment they have been looking forward to,” adding, “In fact, they will most probably be celebrating Diwali with Raha in the new house this year.”

“The bungalow holds an emotional significance to the family, which is why everyone is so involved in the construction. Ranbir and Alia have made sure they take out time from their busy schedule and check the work status,” the source added.

On the work front, the couple will soon reunite on-screen in Love & War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, alongside Vicky Kaushal. It will mark their second film together after Brahmastra.
