The trailer for Rana Naidu Season 2, starring Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati, was unveiled on June 2, offering a glimpse into an intense continuation of the gritty crime drama. This season promises to heighten the stakes with deeper family conflicts, gripping power dynamics, and high-octane action sequences.
Intriguing new characters are also shown in the trailer, which also suggests surprising turns and new storylines. The scene is set for a dramatic confrontation as Rana's character sets out on a risky mission and confronts a strong new enemy, played by Arjun Rampal.
It is set to stream worldwide starting from June 13, 2025, on Netflix. The streaming platform unveiled the trailer along with the caption, "Rana’s only rule: When it comes to his family, he follows no rules. Watch Rana Naidu Season 2, as he returns with drama, dhamaka, and destruction on 13 June, only on Netflix."
In order to provide a better future for his family, Rana is shown in the video starting what he refers to as his "last job." In a touching moment, he tells his wife (Surveen Chawla) that he intends to resign. But as Rana's character becomes embroiled in a heated and intimate dispute with his father, the narrative takes a more profound turn.
Heavy action scenes between Rana and Arjun are expected in this season. There is also a lot of dramatic and action-packed scenes in the trailer. Additionally, the real-life uncle-nephew pair of Venkatesh Daggubati and Rana Daggubati, who play the estranged father-son pair of Naga and Rana Naidu, respectively, return.
