Racer-Turned-Actor Yug Italiya debuts with Swastika Mukherjee's thriller Dead Dead Full Dead

At just 24, Yug Italiya is proving that speed and stardom can coexist. The rising motorsport star made a striking acting debut last year alongside Swastika Mukherjee in the thriller Dead Dead Full Dead, which has been making waves on the global festival circuit.

The film opened the Yellowstone International Film Festival (Official Selection 2024) and was also chosen for the Vancouver Badass Film Festival, Fantasia (Official Selection 2024), and the London International Fantastic Film Festival 2024. Known for his fearless prowess on the racetrack, Yug has channeled the same intensity into his on-screen performance, capturing audience attention worldwide.

Not just confined to circuit racing, he has also made his mark in drag racing, recently earning the title of the fastest Indian car.

In a sport dominated by veterans, Yug stands out as the youngest competitor on the grid, and this season, he reached a career milestone with a remarkable third-place finish—his best ranking yet.
