This new home adds to the singer's growing real estate portfolio, reflecting his success in the music industry. Nautiyal, known for his soulful tracks, continues to expand his investments, making this property purchase a significant milestone in his career.

The sea-facing apartment, situated in the Raheja Exotica building on Madh Island, Mumbai, spans an area of 1,933 sq ft. The property also includes a spacious deck area of over 200 sq ft, according to the property registration documents.

This prime location offers scenic views of the ocean, further enhancing the value of the luxurious apartment.

The apartment, located on the 34th floor, was acquired for ₹25,578 per sq ft from real estate developer Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd. The purchase also includes three car parking spaces, as revealed in the property registration documents.

Jubin Nautiyal paid a stamp duty exceeding ₹29 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 for the apartment, which was officially registered on December 27, 2024.

Market sources reveal that actors Vikrant Massey, Pankaj Tripathi, and Archana Puran Singh also own homes in the same project. Recently, filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan shared a video on her YouTube channel, offering fans an exclusive glimpse into the bungalow of actors Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi, located on Madh Island.

Jubin Nautiyal is expected to perform at the Mahakumbh 2025, adding to his list of upcoming major events.

Madh Island, located near Malad in Mumbai, is set to benefit from an upcoming road bridge that will connect it to Versova in Andheri, enhancing connectivity in the area.

Bollywood stars such as Kartik Aaryan, Ronit Roy, Vivek Agnihotri, and Ayushmann Khurrana own properties in the Versova area of Andheri.

As for Madh Island, apartments in the area are currently priced between ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per sq ft, according to local brokers.
