In the trailer of Hisaab Barabar, R. Madhavan plays Radhe Mohan Sharma, an honest government worker who becomes determined to expose a massive scam by a private bank. The thriller, directed by Ashwni Dhir, will be available on ZEE5 from January 24. The two-minute-38-second trailer showcases Sharma as a diligent and meticulous employee, known for his honesty and precision with finances. The story kicks off when a colleague asks him to file an income tax return. Though initially reluctant, Sharma agrees to help, which leads him to uncover the bank’s illegal activities. Shocked by what he finds, Sharma decides to take action and files a complaint against the bank.
This decision turns his life upside down. Sharma soon finds himself facing off against the bank’s powerful owner, Mickey Mehta, portrayed by Neil Nitin Mukesh. In his fight for justice, Sharma suffers greatly—he is arrested, his home is destroyed, and even the police turn their backs on him. Despite these overwhelming obstacles, Sharma remains determined to continue his quest for justice and bring the wrongdoers to account.
The film, which blends suspense and drama, also features a strong supporting cast, including Kirti Kulhari, Rashami Desai, Sukumar Tudu, and Sachin Viddrrohi. Hisaab Barabar promises a gripping story of one man’s courage to stand up against corruption and fight for what is right, even when the odds are stacked against him.
The trailer builds excitement with its tagline: “System hilne wala hai, scammers darne wale hai. Ab ek aam aadmi karega #HisaabBarabar” (The system is about to shake, scammers will be scared. Now, an ordinary man will bring balance). The film’s producers are Jyoti Deshpande, Sharad Patel, and Shreyanshi Patel.
