Priyanka Chopra's husband Nick Jonas reveals daughter Malti Marie refers to Jonas brothers as 'Donut brothers', says "she wants to play Moana and Maui with me.."

Priyanka  Chopra's husband and singer Nick Jonas recently shared some heartwarming and adorable details about his three-year-old daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, during an interview at JonasCon. When asked about how much Malti understands the magnitude of the Jonas Brothers, Nick revealed a sweet moment.

Malti, he said, refers to the band as the "Donut Brothers" instead of the Jonas Brothers.

Nick also shared how Malti recognises his brothers in her own cute way. She calls Joe Jonas "Go," and when Nick played her the band's new single, Malti looked at the cover art and recognised the familiar faces. "She looked at the cover art, and she was like, 'Oh, that's Uncle Kevin and Uncle Go,'" Nick recalled.

When he explained to her that they were in a band called the Jonas Brothers, she responded by calling them the "Donut Brothers," a name that left Nick smiling.

In a separate conversation with People, Nick spoke about the joy of being a father. He explained that while he may feel like his "coolest self" as part of the world-famous band, his daughter doesn't seem to be impressed by his fame.

"The best part about being a dad for me and balancing things like this work stuff — and this is hardly work — is that you could feel like your coolest self on top of the world, and she just doesn't care at all. She wants to play Moana and Maui with me, and that means more to me than anything else," he said. For Nick, it’s the special, everyday moments spent with Malti that truly matter.

Recently, Nick shared a fun Instagram post, offering fans a glimpse of his life as a "girl dad." In the photo, he sported hairbows and a flower clip, captioning it, "Girl dad life."

Nick and Priyanka Chopra married in 2018, with both a Christian and Hindu ceremony. They welcomed Malti via surrogacy in January 2022.
