Priyanka Chopra celebrates working holi

Global icon Priyanka Chopra celebrated a unique 'working Holi' on the sets of her upcoming film, tentatively titled SSMB 29. The actress, who recently arrived in Odisha to resume shooting for SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated project, took to Instagram to share glimpses of her festive celebration on set.

Co-starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, SSMB 29 has generated immense excitement, and Priyanka’s Holi celebration gave fans a sneak peek into the camaraderie on set.

On Friday evening, Priyanka posted several pictures from the celebration, revealing that this year, Holi had turned into a working affair for her.

In one of the close-up shots, Priyanka’s face is gleaming with happiness, her cheek smeared with bright gulaal, embodying the spirit of the festival. The next picture shows the actress beaming as she poses with her hairstylist, makeup artist, and other members of her team.

“It’s a working Holi for us. Here’s wishing everyone celebrating a very Happy Holi full of laughter and togetherness with your loved ones,” she wrote.

For the celebration, Priyanka looked effortlessly stylish in a sleeveless grey bodycon dress paired with white sneakers, letting her wavy hair flow naturally. She kept her accessories minimal, opting for silver hoop earrings to complement her chic outfit.

In another picture, she shared a vibrant plate filled with gulaal, capturing the essence of Holi’s colourful charm. The beautiful backdrop, a scenic location for SSMB 29, was also captured, adding to the charm of the post.

Priyanka shared the pictures alongside the iconic Holi song “Do Me A Favour Let’s Play Holi” from her 2005 film Waqt, which starred Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan.

Reports suggest that the second schedule of SSMB 29 is currently underway in Odisha, with filming having begun earlier this year. The film marks Priyanka’s return to Indian cinema after her 2019 release, The Sky Is Pink. Fans are eagerly awaiting her collaboration with Rajamouli, and this festive glimpse has only heightened the anticipation surrounding the project.
