Television’s supernatural saga Naagin is back in headlines. And this time Television actress Priyanka Chahar Choudhary has been reportedly confirmed as the new face of Naagin 7, according to SBS.
The Udaariyaan actress, who became a household name as Tejo, also left her mark in Bigg Boss 16 where she emerged as the second runner-up.
Priyanka's fan base has only grown in the recent years, and this latest development has social media buzzing.
Naagin's Cult Franchise
Ektaa Kapoor launched Naagin in 2015, and the show quickly became one of the cult phenomena on Indian television. The show known for its over-the-top drama, supernatural twists, and fan-favourite lead cast, each season has managed to attract massive viewership.
The seventh season of the show was officially announced on August 24, with the teaser released on Colors TV’s social media handles.

While the teaser clip didn’t reveal much about who is going to lead season 7, it did confirm that Naagin is gearing up for yet another round of drama and shape-shifting thrill.
What We Know So Far
The last season, Naagin 6 premiered in February 2022, with Television actress Tejasswi Prakash in the lead. The season concluded in July 2023 after a successful run.
