The premiere of Aryan Khan’s much-talked-about directorial debut The Bads of Bollywood was bound to have its share of viral moments, but no one expected a comedian to steal the spotlight. Samay Raina, known for his irreverent humor, showed up wearing a black T-shirt that read “Say No To Cruise,” a cheeky callback to Aryan’s infamous 2021 cruise ship case. Now, actor Raghav Juyal has shared how both Aryan and Shah Rukh Khan reacted to the bold fashion statement.

During an appearance on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast, Raghav recalled the exact moment the crowd noticed Samay’s T-shirt. “Yeh T-shirt pehen ke waha par pohcha huwa hai. Aur log has rahe hai, Aryan has raha hai, sab has rahe hai,” Raghav said, laughing. “He showed up there wearing that T-shirt, and everyone’s cracking up. Aryan’s laughing, the whole place is laughing. But of course, he can pull it off. That’s just the kind of person he is. Hum nahi kar sakte na. Pure party me aise hi ghum raha tha, T-shirt dikha dikha ke sabko.”

Raghav added that Samay didn’t shy away from showing it off. “Sabke samne aise hi dikha raha hai yeh aadmi,” he said. “He was flaunting it in front of everyone. Only he could get away with something like that.”

When asked about Shah Rukh Khan’s reaction, Raghav revealed that even the superstar couldn’t help but laugh. “Sir ke liye toh sabhi bachche hai na yaar,” he said. “Sir treats everyone like a beta. He didn’t take offense at all. In fact, he was laughing too. That’s the kind of person he is—graceful, warm, and genuinely secure about himself and his family.”

Last month, Samay’s T-shirt became the talk of social media. The phrase “Say No To Cruise” was instantly recognized as a reference to Aryan Khan’s 2021 cruise-drug controversy, a case that dominated headlines for months before Aryan was cleared of all charges. Online reactions ranged from admiration to disbelief. One user wrote, “Oh God! Samay is born different. Who would have thought?” while another said, “He has guts. Bro should really hesitate before doing this… but it’s hilarious.”
