Priyadarshi's funny movie Mithra Mandali didn't do well in theatres, but it's getting a second shot on OTT. The movie came out in theatres on October 16, 2025. You can watch it on Amazon Prime Video starting on November 6, 2025.

From the Big Screen to OTT

Vijayender S. directed the movie Mithra Mandali, which was sold as a hilarious, unusual new-age comedy about a gang of misfits who get caught up in a political quagmire. Even though there were a lot of ads and events before the movie came out, it didn't do well at the box office. It was one of Priyadarshi's biggest business flops.

The team, on the other hand, thinks that the film's digital release will help it find a new audience. Amazon Prime Video is rumoured to have paid a lot of money for the rights to stream the movie. This implies that the platform feels the movie's strange humour and big ensemble could be a blockbuster.

A Funnier and Sharper OTT Cut

Priyadarshi used social media to tell people about the OTT launch. He said that the digital version would be "sharper and tighter," with shorter scenes and a shorter length. The new cut is meant to make it easier and more fun to watch online.

People and the Story

Priyadarshi, Niharika NM, Vishnu Oi, Rag Mayur, and Prasad Behara are all major characters in the movie. Mithra Mandali is about a group of buddies who are having a hard time and end up getting into a brawl with a local politician by accident.

This was Niharika NM's first Telugu movie. She is a social media celebrity. Even though the movie earned mixed reviews, critics liked her strong performance and humorous timing.
