No Entry 2 will miss Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, reveals Boney Kapoor, says, "ye hamara loss hai"

The much-loved comedy No Entry is all set for a sequel, but fans may notice a significant change in the cast. The original film, which starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan, created a perfect comic trio that became a fan favorite. However, No Entry 2 will feature a completely new lineup, with Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan in lead roles. Rumors also suggest that Diljit Dosanjh may join the project.

At a recent event, producer Boney Kapoor spoke candidly about the casting changes, acknowledging that not having the original trio is “their loss.” He said, “Yeh humara loss hai that we could not retain the same star cast. We waited for almost 8–10 years but somehow things didn’t happen. We will miss them. And now we are trying to give a fresh start with a younger lot of actors. But at the same time, we will miss Salman, we will miss Anil and Fardeen. They were the original three boys in No Entry. And they were most loved.”

Boney reflected on the passage of time and the opportunities missed, adding, “Waqt beet gaya wait karte karte aur aaj hum shayad new setup ke saath koi nayi cheezein usmein…ho sakta hai sab cheezein aur different ho. But maine mauka kho diya. Gaadi aage nikal gayi. Ab ye pachhtaawa hoga ki same setup nahi hai. Because Salman is a fantastic guy, Anil is a fantastic guy, brother and actor. Fardeen is one of the best guys I have known in the film industry. I will miss them. But somehow, we have moved on, and let’s hope the decision is right.”

Despite the change in cast, Boney expressed confidence in the new actors, emphasizing that the younger stars will bring their own energy to the sequel. While fans may feel nostalgic about the original trio, the producer hopes that fresh faces will offer a different yet equally entertaining experience.

Director Anees Bazmee, who helmed the first film, is returning to direct the sequel, promising continuity in the comedic tone that made the original a hit. However, further details about the storyline and other cast members are yet to be revealed, leaving audiences curious and excited.
As Bollywood gears up for No Entry 2, the challenge will be balancing nostalgia with novelty. While the absence of Salman, Anil, and Fardeen will undoubtedly be felt, the film’s success may hinge on how well the new cast captures the humor and charm that made the original such a beloved comedy.
