The young artist died while receiving treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu. Sources from the hospital confirmed that Pariyar had been battling several severe health conditions for years, and despite extensive treatment, his health deteriorated.

Sachin had been living with a congenital trilateral ventricular cyst, a brain condition that led to him undergoing neurosurgery. In addition, he had been managing central diabetes insipidus, a rare disorder affecting the regulation of fluids in the body, which required daily medication. His medical struggles were ongoing, and despite these challenges, Pariyar continued to showcase his remarkable talents in music and acting.

On December 28, 2024, Sachin was admitted to the hospital with acute fever, seizures, and a state of altered consciousness. His condition quickly worsened, and he developed severe complications including pneumonia, multiple organ dysfunction, acute kidney injury, encephalopathy, and a bleeding disorder.
