MTV Splitsvilla X6 has captivated viewers, keeping them focused on their screens. The latest episode featured an unexpected turn when Yogesh Rawat's former girlfriend, Ruru Thakur, joined the show as a wildcard contestant.

Yogesh had developed a deep bond with Akanksha Choudhary, and their romance was thriving.

Ruru's presence led to a considerable change in their dynamics.

Numerous theories have been spreading on social media, and many believe that Yogesh and Ruru orchestrated everything in advance. The pair have dismissed such allegations. During an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Akanksha might have unintentionally disclosed a significant spoiler.

During the interview, Akanksha implied that Yogesh Rawat and Ruru Thakur made it to the finale but did not succeed in winning the show. She discussed her feelings about Yogesh's and Ruru's recent performance, expressing satisfaction that they didn't win, since she had envisioned winning the show alongside Yogesh.

Akanksha expressed that she wasn’t pleased with Yogesh’s loss but felt relieved he didn’t win alongside someone else. She stated that both she and Yogesh had envisioned winning the show together and showcasing their signature style, so she didn’t want him to triumph with anyone else.

For the unversed, images and videos of Ruru and Yogesh from their final encounter before Splitsvilla X6 have been appearing online. Although Yogesh stated that he ended his relationship with Ruru in October, images of them from November, just before joining the show, have become widespread.

Yogesh is facing backlash on social media for supposedly being in a relationship while participating in the dating show.

Yogesh has, nonetheless, refuted the allegations. He posted a clarification video on his YouTube channel, stating that his emotions for Akanksha were genuine. Nonetheless, Ruru’s arrival altered the situation for him. Akanksha, in contrast, expressed that the second phase of the show was extremely challenging for her.

As the show started, the contestants were split into two segments: Pyaar Villa and Paisa Villa. The contestants of Pyaar Villa were Akanksha Choudhary, Anjali Schmuck, Anisha Shinde, Diksha Pawar, Sadhaaf Shankar, Soundarya Shetty, Simran Khan, Chakshdeep Singh, Yogesh Rawat, Sorab Bedi, Anuj Sharma, Tayne De’Villiers, Ayush Sharma, Harshit Gururani, and Himanshu Arora.

In the Paisa Villa, the contestants featured Keona Walke, Khushi Rawal, Zalak Gohil, Preet Singh, Anushka Ghosh, Asmita Adhikari, Kaira Anu, Niharika Tiwari, Kushal Tanwar (Gullu), Aarav Chugh, Vishu Bajaj, Ayush Jamwal, Gauresh Gujral, Ron Kariappa, Deeptanshu Saini, and Mohit Magotra. The two villas have now been combined into a single unit.
