The Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Animal' took the country by storm, and die-hard fans of the movie are waiting with bated breath to know the update about the film's sequel.
The movie, tentatively titled 'Animal Park', is also going to have Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. There is an interesting update about the sequel from director Sandeep Reddy Vanga himself.
The film's director was recently seen at an award show, where he said that the sequel to the hit movie will go on floors in 2026.
Sandeep has always said in the past and now too that ‘Animal Park’ will be much wilder than its prequel, ‘Animal’.
On being asked who would suit the best in the role of Ranbir Kapoor if Animal was to be made in Tamil, He said Suriya is best suited for that role in Tamil.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga is currently working with Prabhas on a movie titled 'Spirit'. There are reports that he will be working with Allu Arjun on one project.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga was in the news recently for his online tiff with Adil Hussain, who had said Kabir Singh was the only film he regrets being a part of.
In reply to this, Sandeep had written on his X (formerly Twitter) account, "Ur 'belief' in 30 art films didn't get as much fame to you as your 'regret' of 1 BLOCKBUSTER film did. I regret casting you, knowing that your greed is bigger than your passion. Now I'll save you from the shame by replacing your face with AI help. Now smile properly."
Sandeep wrote that he would replace Adil's face with AI and that he got fame thanks to 'Kabir Singh.'

Adil Hussain had, in the same interview, also spoken about Sandeep Reddy Vanga's freedom of expression. He said, “I didn't even dare to watch Animal, so I can't comment on that. I heard stories from trusted friends, but unless I watch them, I can't comment. But I am a part of Kabir Singh, so I went to watch it. I feel everybody has a right to make a film the way they want. I would defend his (Sandeep Reddy Vanga's) freedom to make a film. But I disagree with him completely.”
Kabir Singh had Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. The film was panned by critics as misogynistic.
