Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who is pregnant with her fourth child, stepped out on Wednesday (June 19) looking ravishing in a black bodycon dress.
What caught our attention and worried her fans were the pencil heels that she was wearing with her long dress, which had a slit at the back. She had that pregnancy glow on her face and looked just wow.
The pencil heels got the fans worried when the actress was to climb the makeshift stairs at the podium. Her 'Kalki 2898 AD' co-stars, Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and host Rana Daggubati, all rushed to lend her a helping hand. They also shared a lighter moment on stage.
The fans were worried and asked her to be careful and avoid wearing pencil heels during this time.
"No pregnant woman can walk wearing heels," another one wrote.

But there was one user who defended Deepika's decision to wear 4-inch heels: "There is no harm in wearing high heels if the pregnant lady can balance on them fine. Critics should have some knowledge before commenting. Deepika looks gorgeous and healthy."
Deepika Padukone is in her third trimester, and her baby is due in September. The actress has been spotted with her mother, Ujjala, recently for dinner outings.
The actress and her husband flew to London right after the Kalki launch event. She will be seen as Lady Singham in 'Singham Returns' later this year.
