A fresh Instagram post by Dhruv Sehgal has reignited the one question Little Things fans never really stopped asking: is Season 5 finally happening? On Monday, Dhruv Sehgal dropped a poster-style still with the line, What will you discover next? along with the date 3 Feb 2026 and Netflix branding. The caption added that a 2026 Tudum watchlist is coming soon, teasing a Next on Netflix India reveal on February 3.
That was enough to send the comments into full detective mode. Multiple users began requesting Little Things Season 5, with some simply writing Little Things please, while others directly asked for the show to return. The speculation got an extra boost because the post showed as liked by Mithila Palkar’s official account, which fans quickly read as a hint rather than a casual double-tap.
Still, it is worth grounding the hype in what is actually confirmed. Little Things ran for four seasons, moving from Dice Media to Netflix, and Season 4 was positioned and promoted as the final season when it released in October 2021. Even on Netflix’s official title page, the series currently lists only Seasons 1 through 4.
There is also precedent for the creators pushing back on Season 5 chatter. In an earlier Instagram post, Dhruv had joked that there is no Season 5, suggesting the team still meets socially, not professionally. That does not rule out a future revival, a special, or even a new project with the same collaborators, but it does make a straight Season 5 announcement feel less certain right now.
So what is the most likely explanation? Sehgal’s post looks like part of Netflix India’s broader February 3 slate tease, not a standalone Little Things confirmation. Until Netflix or the makers explicitly announce a renewal, fans should treat this as strong buzz, not verified news.
Dhruv Sehgal and Mithila Palkar were last seen together in Netflix's Little Things. Little Things's season 1,2,3,4 were one of the famous OTT series of Netflix.
