Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia starrer upcoming film Vvan- Force of the Forest's release date has been unveiled by the makers on Friday.

The folk thriller movie Vvan- Force of the Forest will be hitting the theatres on May 15,2026, announced the Balaji Motion Pictures, today via their official social media accounts.

Taking to Instagram, the makers shared a poster of the film along with the caption, "The forest has whispered. The force will be unleashed on 15th May, 2026! Get ready for the big screen adventure! The Viral Fever (TVF) and Ektaa R Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms Ltd. are collaborating on their first project since establishing a creative partnership in 2023. The movie, which was originally scheduled for release during Chhath Puja 2025, was directed by Arunabh Kumar and Deepak Mishra, both of whom are famous from Panchayat.

The storyline of the movie is anticipated to take place in a rural area and incorporate elements of Hindu mythology and Indian folklore. The story will reportedly be "high on drama and emotion," indicating a solid narrative foundation that is probably going to be full of compelling scenes and intense character arcs.

Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in the 2024 action-packed film Yodha, where he starred alongside Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. Tamannaah Bhatia, on the other hand, recently appeared in the sequel Odela 2, continuing her diverse run of roles across genres.
