South actors Mahesh Babu and Anushka Shetty's starrer Khaleja is one of the fans’ favourite films, which still captivates the audience. The film was originally released in 2010 but failed to receive the expected response at the time. However, the latest reports have created a buzz among the fans.
A fan Facebook account has recently shared a poster of the movie from the theatre and revealed that Khaleja's re-release is on the horizon. The post revealed that the film will be re-released in the selected theatres on May 30.

However, the film is already available to stream on streaming giants like JioHotstar and Amazon Prime Video.
Khaleja features an ensemble cast, including Mahesh Babu, Anushka Shetty, Sunil, Brahmanandam, Sudha, Shafi, Archana and Prakash Raj in the pivotal roles.
Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film is produced by Singanamala Ramesh, C Kalyan, and S Satya Rama Murthy. The action drama marks the second collaboration of Mahesh Babu with the filmmaker Trivikram. Mani Sharma has composed the music of the film.
Meanwhile, Khaleja revolves around Raju, a hot-tempered taxi driver from Hyderabad, who gets stranded in a village in Pali while on a job. The village was plagued by a mysterious illness following a deadly attack.

Raju is mistakenly seen as a saviour by the villagers. As he learns about industrialist GK's sinister plans to pollute the village and mine its resources, Raju decides to fight back after GK kills the village head's assistant, Siddha.
The film also features Subbaraju, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Raghu Babu, Aman Dhaliwal, Ananth Babu, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, Gundu Sudarshan, Sriranjani, and Baby Annie.
