Kriti Sanon splurges on Rs 78 crore sea-facing duplex in Bandra’s Pali Hill: Report

Kriti Sanon purshases property worth more than 70 Crores

In Mumbai's prestigious real estate market, Kriti Sanon, who has been having an incredible career and personal life, has made yet another bold acquisition.

According to reports, the National Award-winning actress has acquired an opulent duplex penthouse with a view of the sea in Bandra West's affluent Pali Hill neighbourhood.

According to Economic TImes, she reportedly paid over Rs 78.20 crore for the house, which is in the Supreme Prana tower, making it one of the most well-known celebrity real estate transactions of the year.

The penthouse, which is spread over the 14th and 15th floors, has a spacious living area of 6,636 square feet and an upper-level open terrace of 1,209 square feet.

Additionally, Kriti is granted exclusive use of the terrace under the terms of the agreement, guaranteeing unhindered views of the Arabian Sea.

The house, which is estimated to be worth ₹1.18 lakh per square foot, has six reserved parking spaces, which is an enviable luxury in Mumbai's busy Bandra West. Both Kriti's and her mother's names are listed on the joint ownership registration.

The actress paid about Rs 3.91 crore in stamp duty, according to registration documents that The Economic Times cited. This made the total cost, including GST and other fees, more than ₹84.16 crore.

With this purchase, Kriti joins the ranks of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and several other Bandra West residents as one of Bollywood's most well-known homeowners.

With their own new acquisition, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also planning to move into the neighbourhood.

Kriti has previously dealt with expensive real estate investments. In 2023, she purchased a 2,000 square foot plot in Alibaug, a well-liked celebrity second-home neighbourhood where Amitabh Bachchan has also made land purchases.

She reportedly paid 35 crore for a 4-bedroom flat in Bandra West the following year, solidifying her presence in Mumbai's most upscale neighbourhood.

Alongside her successful film career, Kriti has been gradually expanding her business portfolio in addition to her investments.

Regarding film, she is getting ready for Tere Ishk Mein, which co-stars Dhanush and is slated for release on November 28, 2025, directed by Aanand L. Rai. In addition, she has agreed to star opposite Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in Homi Adajania's Cocktail 2, which is already creating a lot of buzz.
