BTS’s RM has issued a heartfelt apology following the controversy surrounding his recent live broadcast that went viral last week.
RM addressed the situation in a new post on WeVerse on December 8, along with a picture of himself making a heart for his fans. He discussed his emotions and considered the responses to his previous livestream in the message.
RM had openly discussed the difficulties he and the BTS members have encountered over the years during that livestream, including times when they thought about breaking up. There was a range of responses, with some fans praising his candor and openness while others denounced the remarks as "disrespectful" to fans.
In his new post, RM apologized to ARMY, admitting that he had been frustrated when he turned on the livestream and now regrets doing so. He also took the opportunity to update fans on what he has been up to.
RM wrote, "I think I may have made a lot of ARMYs feel tired with the livestream two days ago. I'm really sorry. I got so many messages about it from people who were worried about me. I regret turning it on now, but at the time, I was just feeling frustrated. I'm sorry ㅠ Please look at me kindly, just a little. I'll focus on making music, practicing choreography, thinking of new content, and sleeping well, and I'll just live like that."
He continued by sharing a lighthearted personal update: "I'm going to take my driving test soon. Yesterday I put on the sticker for driving practice, and drove through all 4 practice courses. It was scary (but I didn't crash)."

RM ended the post on a warm note, adding, "And yesterday I watched the movie 'The Color of Pomegranates'. Also, my home interior is finally finished, so soon I'll be moving back home after half a year. I'll show it to you later after everything is fully decorated."
Meanwhile, BTS is preparing for their highly anticipated comeback next year, marking their return after a long break.
