Akshay Kumar plays a plastic surgeon named Rishabh who is facing marital problems. His wife, Vartika, has given him an ultimatum to improve their relationship within three months or face divorce. Rishabh, who is also a typical husband with secrets, is struggling to meet Vartika's expectations.
