Kerala-born, Bengaluru-based R&B-pop artist Mary Ann Alexander has been selected as one of just over 20 global artists for the second edition of Jameson Distilled Sounds. The program will be curated by three-time Grammy winner Anderson .Paak.

An extraordinary gathering of boundary-pushing artists from around the world will come together in Ireland from August 13 to August 20, 2025, to create innovative music rooted in themes of community, cultural exchange, and human connection. This year’s distinguished lineup brings together visionary talents representing six continents, including luminaries from India, South Africa, Portugal, Nigeria, Indonesia, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Namibia, Malaysia, and Ireland.
A groundbreaking collective of genre-defying musicians from around the world will gather in Ireland from August 13-20, 2025, to create new music inspired by community, connection, and culture.
This year’s lineup features artists from six continents, including India, South Africa, Portugal, Nigeria, Indonesia, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Namibia, Malaysia, and Ireland. Over an intensive week of writing, recording, and live performances, they’ll forge cross-cultural collaborations to shape the future of sound while elevating today’s most innovative genre-blending talents.
Among the celebrated participants are South Africa’s soulful powerhouse Lloyiso, Portugal’s avant-garde trailblazer EU.CLIDES, East Africa’s enchanting vocalist Xenia Manasseh, Ireland’s drill pioneer Skinner, Indonesia’s captivating songstress Monica Karina, Kazakhstan’s innovative composer Moldanazar, and Malaysia’s alt-pop futurist Saint Kylo. The ensemble also includes Kenya’s versatile multi-instrumentalist Kethan, Nigeria’s soulful crooner Manny Wellz, and Namibia’s electrifying hip-hop artist Kp Illest. Together, they will craft a sonic tapestry that transcends borders and celebrates the unifying power of music.
