She had already won ₹80,00,000 in the previous episode and returned with great enthusiasm. Host Amitabh Bachchan resumed the game with the ₹1,60,000 question:

Uncertain of the answer, Vaishnavi opted to use her Gyanstraa lifeline to swap the question. However, before changing, she took a guess and locked Option D) Spotted Hyena, which turned out to be incorrect. The correct answer was Option A) Gray Wolf.

The new question from her favorite subject, Science, was presented:
