Recently, adding more spark to the rumours, Kartik and Sreeleela also celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi together sparking excitement among netizens.

During the joyous festivities, the pair was spotted together at Kartik's home in Mumbai. Sreeleela has previously been spotted with Kartik's family. She participated in a family celebration that Kartik and his family threw earlier in March to celebrate his sister, Dr. Kritika Tiwari, reaching yet another significant milestone in her medical career.

Kartik made the celebrations even more special for him and his family by performing the Ganesh Visarjan in a unique and sincere manner, accompanied by his mother Mala Tiwari and his pet dog Katori.
