Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has made a significant real estate investment along with his parents, mother Mala Tiwari and father Manish Tiwari. According to property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) of Maharashtra, reviewed by Square Yards, the family has purchased an office space worth Rs. 13 crores in Andheri West, Mumbai. The transaction was officially registered in September 2025.
The office unit is located in Signature by Lotus, one of the modern commercial developments in the Andheri West area. The property comes with a RERA carpet area of 176.98 square meters (around 1,905 sq. ft.) and a built-up area of 194.67 square meters (roughly 2,095 sq. ft.). Along with the office, the family has also secured three car parking slots, adding further value to the deal.
As part of the purchase, the Tiwaris paid Rs. 78 lakh in stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 in registration charges. This move highlights a growing trend among Bollywood stars who are diversifying their investments beyond homes and into commercial real estate.
Andheri West is considered one of Mumbai’s most active real estate zones, balancing both residential and commercial demand. Its location provides excellent connectivity through road, suburban rail, and the metro, making it a preferred destination for professionals and businesses alike. The proximity to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is another advantage, especially for frequent travelers.

The locality is also close to Mumbai’s key business hubs, including Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel. This strategic positioning ensures high demand for office spaces, as companies seek accessibility to talent pools and clients while employees look for homes nearby. For an actor like Kartik Aaryan, who juggles between film shoots, brand endorsements, and meetings, the location provides both prestige and practicality.
Kartik Aaryan entered the film industry with Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011, gaining attention for his iconic monologue. Over the years, he has built a strong filmography with titles like Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015), Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), Luka Chuppi (2019), Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019), Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), and Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023). He is regarded as one of Bollywood’s most bankable young stars.
