Bollywood actors Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan are reuniting for an upcoming thriller, Circle, years after their iconic Tanu Weds Manu franchise. However, there has been a recent update on the film.
According to Deccan Chronicle, Circle has locked the Dussehra 2025 release date. A source close to the production has revealed that the cast has wrapped up the Hyderabad schedule, and the cast and crew celebrated the wrap-up with a grand party.
The source said, “The entire shoot of Circle wrapped up yesterday in Hyderabad with a club song filmed at Club Illusion, located in Jubilee Hills. The cast and crew celebrated with a wrap-up party after a long day of shooting.”
The insider further noted, “Circle is a pan-Indian film shot simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, with the filming process spanning almost a year.”
While teasing the plotline, the source shared, “Circle is an extraordinary psychological thriller like never seen before — where the doctor and the patient turn out to be the same person. Audiences will have to wait for the release to discover who this individual really is.”

The upcoming film will be directed by Vijay, with R Ravindran of Trident Arts producing it. The film is shot in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, and we will also be dubbing it into Malayalam.
Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan, who previously collaborated in Aanand L Rai's 2011 hit romantic comedy Tanu Weds Manu, will reunite for this project. The film's success led to a sequel, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, in 2015. Madhavan's recent work includes his role in the ZEE5 film Hisaab Barabar.
