Kajol sells apartment in Powai area of Mumbai for Rs 3.1 crore, deets inside

Bollywood actress Kajol has recently sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Powai area for Rs 3.1 crore, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.com.

The 762 sq ft apartment is located on the 21st floor of the Atlantis Co- Operative Housing Society Limited, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai and comes with two stack car parking spaces, the documents showed.

The per sq ft rate for the property works out to be around Rs 40,682 per sq ft on RERA carpet area. However, the actress is yet to respond to the reports.

The buyers are Vrushali Rajnish Rane and Rajnish Vishvnath Rane, as per the documents. The property deal was registered on March 20, the documents showed.

Earlier this month, the Bollywood actress had bought a commercial space spread across an area of 4365 sq ft worth Rs 28.78 crore in Goregaon West near Mumbai. She had bought the retail space on the ground floor in Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

In 2023, Kajol had bought an office space in Mumbai for Rs 7.64 crore. The office space, spread across RERA carpet area of 194.67 sq m, is located within Signature Building, Oshiwara.

Earlier this month, the actress made headlines for purchasing a commercial space spanning 4,365 sq ft for Rs 28.78 crore in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The retail space, located on the ground floor of Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, was acquired from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd. In 2023, she had also invested in an office space worth Rs 7.64 crore at the Signature Building in Oshiwara, covering a RERA carpet area of 194.67 sq m.

On the work front, Kajol was last seen in Do Patti alongside Kriti Sanon, where her performance as a cop received critical acclaim. She will next be seen in the thriller-drama Maa, scheduled for release on June 27, 2025.
