Kajol and Rani Mukerji marked the beginning of their annual family Durga puja tradition in Mumbai as they unveiled the first look of goddess Durga on Saturday.
As the festivities have begun, Kajol's children Nysa and Yug were spotted at the North Bombay Durga Puja pandal posing with their mother before seeking blessings.
Several videos were shared by paparazzi on social media on Sunday, which also marks the day of Durga Puja festivities, in which Nysa and Yug are seen smiling and posing with their mother Kajol at the Durga Pandal.
Nysa looked beautiful in a bright yellow ethnic salwar suit, while Yug wore a blue kurta with white pyjamas. Kajol looked elegant as she donned a red saree along with simple makeup and hair tied up in a bun.
In another video, Nysa and Yug were seen bowing down to Goddess Durga and seeking blessings along with Kajol.
Another paparazzi video also shows the loving bond that Kajol and her children, Yug and Nysa, share. Yug is seen planting a kiss at his mother's cheeks and then later hugging their sister Nysa as the three of them were seated in front of Maa Durga's idol and worshipping. In between the rituals, they shared a tender moment of love and affection that showed their close bond.
In yet another video clip, Nysa and Yug can be seen chatting with each other as they stood aside in the Pandal and held each other's hands, showing their constant love and support for each other, while mother Kajol seemed busy with the pooja rituals and attending other guests.

This year's Durga Puja festivities started on September 28 (Shashthi) and end on October 2 (Vijayadashami). The celebrations are particularly emotional for the Mukerji family because it's the first puja without filmmaker Ayan Mukerji's father, Deb Mukherjee, who passed away in March. The family was very touched by his absence during this year's celebrations as he used to be in charge of planning the Durga Puja pandal every year.
