Kajol reflects on raising Nysa and Yug, reveals Ajay Devgn "changed their nappies once or twice"

Kajol and Ajay Devgn have been together for over two decades

Kajol and Ajay Devgn are among the strongest couple in Bollywood and have always been supportive of each other. The couple share two kids, and Kajol has recently reflected on their parenting and how they always share responsibilities.

During a recent interview with News18 Showsha, Kajol recalled raising her kids and revealed that she and Ajay, both, never liked changing their kids Nysa and Yug’s nappies. Despite this, Ajay had changed their kids' diapers twice.

Kajol shared, “I don’t think we ever functioned that way. We share responsibilities. If I’m there, I do things. If he’s there, he does it. It’s as simple as that. The best thing is that our children don’t need to get their nappies changed anymore…”

She recalled, “When Nysa and Yug were babies, Ajay did change their nappies once or twice. He may tell you that he did it more than two times but I would’ve to disagree on that point.”

The actress further noted, “We’ve passed that stage and nobody needs to take that responsibility anymore. We’re good. Today, it’s more about supervision and talking to our children about their issues. It’s much easier to swap those roles around.”

For the unversed, Kajol and Ajay Devgn met for the first time at the set of their 1995 film, Hulchul. The couple sparked an instant romance and dated for around four years. Kajol and Ajay tied the knot in 1999 in a traditional Maharashtrian and Punjabi rituals, honouring each other’s cultures. The couple then welcomed their first child, Nysa, in 2003 and Yug in 2010.
