The Maha Kumbh 2025, one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, is attracting millions of people from across the globe. Held every 12 years, this year's event is taking place from January 13 to February 25 in Prayagraj, India. Devotees from various religions, communities, and countries come together to participate in this sacred occasion. It is not only a spiritual experience but also a cultural and social one, drawing people from different walks of life, including celebrities.

One such celebrity who visited the Maha Kumbh 2025 is renowned filmmaker Kabir Khan. Kabir, known for his work in the film industry, spoke to ANI about his experience at the Kumbh Mela. In his conversation, he expressed his excitement and gratitude for being able to witness such a grand event. "I am very excited. This happens once in 12 years. I feel fortunate to have come here. I will take a holy dip here too," he said. Kabir emphasized the deeper meaning behind the event, beyond just religious differences. He said, "These things are not about Hindus and Muslims, these are the things of our origin, our country, and our civilization. There is no Hindu or Muslim in this, if you believe you are an Indian, then you should feel everything."

Aside from his visit to the Kumbh Mela, Kabir Khan has been busy with his recent projects. His last directorial, Chandu Champion, which was released in 2024, received critical acclaim. The film, starring Kartik Aaryan, Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, and others, tells an inspiring story based on Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. Murlikant, who was the inspiration for the film, was honored with the prestigious Arjuna Lifetime Achievement Award earlier this month. Kabir, along with actor Kartik Aaryan, attended the award ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhawan in Delhi.

Kabir shared his experience on Instagram, writing, "What a privilege it was for @kartikaaryan and me to witness @murlikantpetkar receive the Lifetime Arjuna award at the Rashtrapati Bhawan." Kartik Aaryan also posted about the event, expressing his feelings of pride and gratitude. His caption read, "From living your incredible life on the big screen to witnessing you receive the Arjuna Lifetime Achievement Award, at Rashtrapati Bhawan today, It felt surreal. Every moment was like a dream. Now our film Chandu Champion seems to have found its perfect ending, but knowing you, an unstoppable champion, this can’t be the climax… Keep inspiring Sir."
