Jr. NTR and Prashanth Neel's project "Bigger" than KGF and Salaar: Source

Actor Jr. NTR, known for films including RRR, Devara, and his latest film War 2, is now working for his new project with director Prashanth Neel who also directed movies like KGF and Salaar.

The movie is tentatively titled NTR Neel. Reportedly, it is said to be to the biggest project the director has worked on till date and is generating a lot of excitement among the audience.

A close source from the movie revealed, “Prashanth Neel’s next with Jr. NTR is his most ambitious and biggest project yet; even bigger than his pan-India blockbusters like KGF and Salaar. This is a film he has dreamt of making from the very beginning.”

“He feels that now is the right time, as he no longer has budget constraints and has also managed to bring on board his favourite actor, NTR, to play the lead. Prashanth Neel is extremely happy with how the film is shaping up and says it is progressing beyond what he had even imagined,” the source further added.

The movie NTR Neel is set to release in the theatres on June 25, 2026. They were also planning to release the first look on NTR’s birthday but got delayed because the actor started working on his first Hindi film War 2.

Meanwhile, Jr. NTR will be collaborating with Trivikram Srinivas in his next project which is based on mythology. The actor will be playing the role of Lord Karthikeya, who is also known as Murugan.
